FSD-X Optimizer — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the FSD-X Optimizer (the "Extension") handles user data. By using the Extension, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. What Data We Collect

The Extension collects and stores the following data:

• License key — your license key, stored locally in your browser to authenticate your account and unlock Pro features
• Optimization results — strategy parameter combinations and their performance results, stored temporarily in your browser for the current session
• Preferences — settings such as wait time between combinations

We do not collect names, email addresses, financial account information, payment details, health data, location data, web browsing history, or any personally identifiable information beyond your license key.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data collected by the Extension is used solely to provide the Extension's features:

• Your license key is sent to our validation server to verify your subscription and unlock Pro features
• Optimization results are stored locally in your browser so they persist if you close and reopen the extension panel during a session
• The Extension interacts with the TradingView page you have open to read strategy inputs and apply parameter combinations — no TradingView account data is accessed or stored

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally in your browser's chrome.storage.local. No optimization results or strategy data is transmitted to or stored on any external server.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension communicates with the following third-party service:

• fsdx-validator.vercel.app — our backend API used solely for license key validation

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third parties.

5. TradingView Interaction

The Extension reads and modifies strategy input fields on TradingView chart pages to automate parameter testing. This interaction is limited to the active TradingView tab and is performed entirely within your browser. No TradingView credentials, account data, or chart data is accessed, transmitted, or stored.

6. Data Retention

Optimization results are stored temporarily in your browser and cleared when you clear results manually or uninstall the Extension. License key cache expires after 24 hours and is refreshed on next use.

7. Your Rights

You may clear all locally stored data at any time by removing the Extension from Chrome or by using Chrome's extension storage clear option. To request deletion of any server-side data associated with your license key, contact us directly.

8. Security

All data transmitted between the Extension and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Your license key is stored locally and transmitted only for validation purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
